Gosh. It's the 2nd week of Term 2 already. It may sound a little bit cliché but time really does fly. But, life still has to go on as usual right?

I was blog-hopping and suddenly found this -

''NCC training was hilarious. It was so funny I nearly wet my pants, I swear. N had found out about the missing bell and the vandalism on the unit photo in the morning before any of us(namely ChengHao, Hamizan and the oh-so-wonderful Me) had arrived so she told the rest who were present to go hunt the bell down and clear the vandalism on the unit photo. Then, when training ended, she came up to the whole lot of us in the canteen to yell at us. It was hilarious. ChengHao admitted to everything. N was so angry and she smacked him with the rolled-up papers after screaming 'You REAL culprit!' at him. Before that, while N was screaming at us, everyone was laughing or trying to stifle their laughter. Then, she looked at me(I was laughing uncontrollably) and she went 'Still funny is it?' or something along the same lines. And for a moment she did smile as well. I couldn't stop laughing. I kept thinking about animals dying and tried biting my lip but I just couldn't stop laughing. It was too funny. You see, we didn't think she'd find out about the vandalism. And, what was drawn on the photo was basically two (distinct) dots on her ______ and the faces of many in the photo was crossed out. All in black marker I think. And we had forgotten about this because it had been drawn nearly a month ago. HAHA. It was so damn funny.''

Obviously you know whose blog this is from. Back to the topic, I almost fell off my chair laughing at this. It's been like 8 months since this happened and it suddenly became so fresh in my memory. I really miss those times antoginizing people during NCC trainings. Did I mention before we used the clubhouse as a site for our experiments while waiting for SYF trainings to start? We seriously made a whole mess out of the clubhouse and yet, those smart people still don't know it was us. And, N was dubbed as the Princess of the Sea, those in NCC should get what I mean.

And it was this CCA, which I hated brought so much fun and got me an A1. What irony.

Enough of entertainment all right? PW is killing me. What ideas am I suppose to have regarding Emergency or for that matter Conversation? Biology presentation on Thursday and I hope we do this well. That is if the internet connection at that point of time isn't super slow.

Back to tutorials and PW.
Oh, Happy April's Fools. :)

Edited: I'm doing some free advertisement. Do read them carefully.

Just woke up after a very long afternoon nap. This week was super busy, which made me super tired now. Blame in on the HK dramas, there is sort of like this strong electrostatic forces of attraction between me and them. So, I'm currently watching The Heart of Greed with 4 episodes more to go.

I almost fell asleep during Chemistry lecture. Since secondary 3, I hated Chemical Bonding and Structure. Now, with all those bonds and shapes to remember, I think I'll just go crazy. Did Mock SPA on Tuesday and I think there'll be more titrations (which I seriously hate) coming up on Redox.

Ran 2.4km for PE today. Sort of like Mock NAPFA. Quite satisfied with my timings because I swear I never ran like that my whole entire life. Hope it stays like this till J2 because I don't freaking want to stay for another 2 months in NS.

Had this MT competition for secondary schools just now. So, I was at this station. I swear the questions were difficult for them but it was super easy for me (thanks to Cikgu Nadira who told us to memorise them). I finished the questions which are peribahasa in 40 seconds. Super hilarious.

New class for Electone starting Friday. I hope it'll be good because according to Ms Chua, that class is super slow. Just completed two pieces from Spirited Away. Plus, there's still Omens of Love to complete. And I think my electone is screwed. Heck.

Alright then.

Ciao.

Damn, I've got the sudden urge to read History but god knows where my History textbook is. Maybe it's somewhere in the pile of books waiting to be discarded/given away. Speaking of History, I miss writing essays.

I agree to a large extent that the failure of the Weimar government is the main reason for the outbreak of World War 2. However, other factors such as Hitler's abilities and the Great Depression also contributed to the outbreak of World War 2. L1-2

OH MY GOSH. I actually remembered those and that's L1-2 for me. Oh, I think Ms Nani cheated our feelings. From 2007 to mid 2008, she gave L2-4 for the introduction for both History and SS. But she gave us L1-2 after that. Plus, my conclusion was never marked. I should have just left the conclusion out but I didn't want my essay to hang in the air.

By the way, we had PE for 10 minutes today. I love PE, for the FIRST TIME. =)

Ciao

I seriously miss secondary school life. Even though school can drag till 5, there isn't much work and the pace in class is quite acceptable. I can't say the same for JC though. I've this HUGE pile of work yet to be completed. I admit I didn't spend my holidays productively. I guess I have to work 579103958502x more if I want to score for my JCT.

So I sat for my first few tests in JC and suprisingly, they turn out to be pretty okay despite of the effort I had put in for revision. APGP is somewhat clearer to me and Sigma Notation is killing me. I seriously don't understand a single thing. Now, there's Binomial Theorem which I hope will not be a killer topic.

Redox seems fine now and Atomic Structure that once was the most easiest chapter to score at O Levels has become so complicated with the orbitals and sub orbitals - s, p, d and f. Gas Law is fine and the notes for Chemical Bonding and Structure is freaking THICK. =X I can't wait for Organic Chemistry though.

Economics seems a litter clearer for the topic on Demand and Supply. I hope it stays this way.

Edited : A Level Project Work question paper was released today and the tasks looks okay. I'm hoping for an A for this. (okay, who doesnt?)

Ciao

I think I did this before but it sort of got deleted. I'm going to do this again.

As I was lying on my bed, I suddenly thought, would I be in TJ if it weren't for the teachers that helped 4B in one way or another? It may be a bit too late but it's better late than never right? So, I extend my sincere thanks to TK teachers - the best teachers anyone could ever ask for.

To Mdm Yeo, thank you for being such a tolerant teacher. I know you sort of have this thing against AG 2b because of some people but hey, you're really good. Thank you for the time where me and KX made you stay back late in the afternoon just for English oral training and all the other nonsense things that we made you do like asking for the spelling list.

To Cikgu Nadira, thank for teaching me for 3 WHOLE YEARS and for being such a wonderful CO for NCC Sea. Terima kasih kerana cikgu telah banyak membantu saya. Saya mengakui penguasan bahasa saya tidak begitu baik dan mendapat A1 untuk subjek ini memang mengejutkan.

To Mrs Lim, thank you for being such a wonderful Physics teacher. I admit I hated Physics during the start of Sec 3 but the interest started growing at the end of 2007. It wasn't until Magnetism that I sort of go lost and perhaps this led to my B3 for Physics. But, I'm pleased with my results judging by the standard of the paper and I'm sorry for not taking up Physics in JC. I'm just scared that I can't cope.

To Mrs Tan, thank you for being such an excellent teacher. Chemistry was my love since Sec 3 and I vowed that I MUST get that A1 but in the end it became an A2. I'm so sorry but I guess it's because of SPA and that last question in paper 2 that caused this. I'm really honoured to be the Chemistry rep for 2008 and I promise you this time, I will get my A for Chemistry.

To Mrs Foo, thank you for being one of the two teachers that teaches 4B using a microphone. I will really miss hearing you break your voice right in the middle of the lesson. Oh yes, thank you for going through one of the school's prelim paper and emphasising the way to attempt that question. IT CAME OUT AND I THINK WE DID IT EASILY. Getting an A2 for Additional Mathematics was expected because I left the entire question on geometric proofs blank and that cost 12 marks.

To Mdm Ong, although you came in Term 3 to replace Ms Wong, you are a good teacher. Many of my doubts were clear and getting an A2 for Mathematics was a-okay for me although I could have done better.

To Ms Nani, the cutest teacher anyone could ask for. I'm going to miss hearing you say how much you love Macdonalds and Starbucks during Social Studies and getting so excited after saying that. Oh, Hitler loves buttercake. Thank you for being such a great SS and History teacher. It wasn't a mistake taking History Elective because it made me almost take History as H1. Getting an A2 for Combined Humanities was definitely an achievement because for 2 whole years the best I got for Combined Humanities was a B4 and that was during Prelims.

Lastly, to Mrs Chen, THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH. The best Geography teacher ever. Indeed I wanted to give up completely on Geography because I couldn't score. But, you refused to let me give up and continue to help me. Thank you very much for helping me get that A1 for Geography. YES. A FREAKING A1 FOR GEOGRAPHY. FOR THE FIRST TIME.

Not forgetting my lower secondary teachers that had helped, thank you very much.
Sec 4'09, if you happen to read this, appreciate what your teachers are doing for you. They are, indeed, the best teachers anyone could ask for. All they want is for you to ace your examinations.

Ciao.

It's official. I've fallen in love with this piece.

Finally, it's the end of the week and no, it does NOT call for a celebration because there is just simply too much things to do.

1. GP essay question.
2. Sigma notation tutorials.
3. Redox tutorials (yes, I have not complete it yet.)
4. Atomic structure tutorials.
5. Enzymes tutorials.
6. Study for Chemistry test on Wednesday.
7. Research for PW.

Look at the list of things I have to do during the weekends. I think it's better to clear off the load bit by bit and not let it pile up into something undesirable. Chemistry test is next week and mole concept just freaks me out. One moment the question is the I-can-do-with-my-eyes-close kind and the next moment it becomes I-have-to-knock-my-head-against-the-wall kind. It's so totally unpredictable and I wonder how I am going to score. Again I have to stress this is so unlike secondary school where they feed us with the answer key and keep emphasising this is going to come out. Naturally, we do well.

Enough of academic stuff. Let's move on to random stuff. I am SUPER proud to be a TKsian. Why? So just now during Biology, we had this self-intro thing and we had to say our name and something the class doesn't know about us. Initially, I wanted to say I love watching HK dramas but I said that during the first Civics. So, guess what I said.

(M stands for me, C stands for class and T stands for teacher)
M: My name is Hamizan and I can recite the pledge in all four languages.
T: Can you repeat what you just said?
M: I can recite the pledge in all four languages.
C+T: (shocked look) In Tamil?
M: (recites the pledge in Tamil effortlessly due to 2 years of training in TK)
C: OMG. How about in Chinese?
M: (recites the pledge in Chinese effortlessly due to 2 years of training in TK)
T: Wow. I think they should implement this in TJ.

See. I am proud to say I'm a TKsian. Well, put this aside. Today was the release of A Level results and I COULDN'T WATCH because there was POST MORTEM FOR BIO PRACTICAL. YES. POST-MORTEM.
HOW SAD.

Ciao.
