I guess I should stop now. HK dramas are like stopping me from doing my tutorials and this is bad. JCTs are in less than 2 months. I don't want to repeat the same mistake I made for O Levels. I don't want to be mugging last minute till 6 in the morning, only to realise O Levels is just next week. Fine, I'll shall not stop but reduce my time watching HK dramas. I know HK dramas are nice to watch but what to do.

On the other hand, I'm in love with Secret Recipe's cakes. They are sinfully delightful but they're too expensive to satisfy my needs. Do you know those small biscuits with this small blob of colour icing sugar on top? The ones that kids love it? I got like 500g of those and it's like halfway gone. Damn nice lah, I tell you.

And for those who don't know, I'm taking Chinese. No strong reaction please. I'm just taking Conversational Chinese and so far, it's quite productive. I've learnt new words and stuff but I have difficulty pronuncing them. Practise makes perfect I guess.

Updates after so long. It's 11.50 PM and I should be sleeping, judging by the fact that there's a force of 3423859464N exerting on my eyes. Let's start with school life alright?

GP is like having superb bombastic language + a lot of general knowledge. It's like damn easy to analyse the paragraphs but when it comes to writing one full one by yourself, its a totally different story. I know I will miss writing narratives. And I HAVE NOT written a single expository/argumentative essay in Sec 3 and 4. Just because I wasn't given the green light to attempt such questions.

Maths is quite okay I guess. At least for now. And I seriously screwed up my lecture test. I didn't manage to do the Binomial Theorem question, just because I spent like 10 minutes trying to figure out the question of Methods of Differences. MI is easy, as always :) Oh, I'll miss the funny lecturer. I guess I'll sleeping for the next few lectures.

Chemistry is like quite boring. I hate Chemical Bonding and Structure. It's like who cares what is the bond angle or what shape the molecule is. Now, I need to know like bent, trigonal planar, blah blah. Chemical Energetics is quite okay lah. Not so dry as Chemical Bonding. I can't wait for Organic Chemistry to start.

Biology is fun. DNA and Genomics is damn interesting. Okay, maybe I was a little lost during cell division. On Thursday, I was asked to go to the board and draw the Metaphase of Mitosis. I had to bring my lecture notes along, while the others didn't. How pro. And we need to do this Meiosis thing on vanguard sheet and the chromosomes look like worms. Fun right?

I do not need to elaborate on Economics okay? It's very clear.

And for PW as well. We all share the same fate.

Semarak Temasek was just now and it completely rocked. I'll miss staying back till 8 for rehearsal. Good job MCS. So, I'll guess I should try to sleep okay?

Finally found time to update. School life has been good except that the tutors are getting a little moody sometimes (21/09, you get what I mean) We can't blame them actually, they're also experiencing the stress of education.

Okay, so I screwed my first Biology test and my Chemistry test. Heck, there wasn't enough time to complete the Chemistry test. So this means I'm just hoping for a pass, which i usually don't for secondary school. I used to aim for 65 over out of 80 for every Chemistry test but times are different now, I must anticipate change and stay relevant. And I totally HATE PE. Maybe they should change the timetable on Friday from PE to running. I swear I hate to run. Maybe I'll just do it for NAPFA and put it aside for one whole year because running = you cannot get up the next day.

I suddenly miss TK. Urgh. Those good times.

Yesterday was 12th April 2009.

Exactly a year ago on 12th April 2008, TK Band lost her title as the BDB to Deyi. It was my first time rendering assistance to another CCA, and I hoped that TK Band retained her title as the BDB. But it didn't happen despite the huge amount of effort the Band, the alumni and us, the NCC guys have put it.

It was really painful to hear that Deyi had actually got the BDB 2008. It was also my first time my tears flowed losing a competition. I didn't even tear when NCC Sea won the SeaCom for like 5 years consecutively. But I guess we did try our best.

And I am certain that next year, TK Band will snatch back what is rightfully theirs and show that this loss has actually made them stronger. And yes, wherever the SYF 2010, will be held, I will find time to come down see how TK Band blaze that field.

Today was a very very long day which made me very very tired. PE was boring as always. What did we do? Of course run lah. Chemistry lecture was alright I guess. Biology tutorial had PBL so wasn't that bad.

And I didn't check the portal and I was so clever to bring my polo tee instead of house tee. So I had to go back home and change and come back to school again. Stupid right? Sports Day was like a typical Sports Day I've been to except that the cheerleading was very entertaining. Alpha didn't win but all of them did a great job especially the cheerleading team. Speaking of which, my brother's school band got a Silver for SYF and they're so happy about it. Congrats!

First new electone lesson today and I'm so glad I changed class. This class is so much more hyper than the previous class. But there's more pieces to do like Canon in D, some Mozart piece and Part of Your World. All in 2 weeks.

Mathematical Induction is fun. Mathematical Induction = Proving of Trigo Identities = Fun.
I did the first question MI tutorial and I succeeded in solving :) Nothing to be rejoiced about actually, since I still have Binomial Theorem tutorial to complete. In any way, I ♥ Mathematical Induction.

PBL presentation just now and had technical hiccups. Heck. Submitted my oh-so-lousy-sure-full-of-red-marks PI and WE GOT OUR PW GROUPS TODAY. Quite fine with it actually. Yes I know Gordon you're unhappy with the groupings.

My brother is going for SYF tomorrow. I know the chances of him seeing this is like very small, but good luck and get whatever award your school wants.
Speaking of which, TK Band is going for SYF on Monday. Good luck and get that GWH. Go and show some school what you're made up of. Okay, I know I wasn't a TK band member but I was like part of it for 2 months. There's like some sort of attachment which I think exists because if it didn't the whole lot of the NCC guys wouldn't be tearing like there's no tomorrow when we didn't get the BDB 2008.

So yeah. Off to tutorials that never seemed to end.
