I thought Calculus was bad enough already. But no, there is still this whole chunk of Vectors which make things worse. Initially, I thought Vectors was one of the more manageable topics but turns out otherwise. I spent like 2 hours staring at the tutorial questions and in the end, I could complete only like 2 or 3 questions. Darn it. MCTs is in less than 20 days time and here I am lagging behind in everything. Honestly, my mind is in a state of confusion and I seriously do not know what is going on. Unfortunately sleeping does not help a single bit. As much as I would like to go about ranting about my life, I need to go and read the lecture notes on Vectors. Otherwise, I would be terribly lost during lecture and tutorial tomorrow. Sheesh.

It is just the fourth day that I got my contact lenses and I almost misplaced one of the lens. You see, I thought I was late for school since it was close to 7.20AM and I will usually leave my house at about 7.30AM. Knowing that I still had to ensure that everything in my bag and that I had to make my bed, I still went to put on my contact lenses. But hurriedly of course. So the lens went into the right eye but it did not for the left. Well, initially I thought it went in, but then to my horror it didn't. I was damn scared lah. Because the lens could either one, drop onto the floor or two, it went under my eyelid. And since I could not find the lens of the floor, I presumed it went under my eyelid so practically the whole day I tried to get it off my eyelid. But turns out, it was on the floor ==" Yes, go ahead and laugh.

Lesson learnt : Never ever put on your contact lenses when you are in a hurry because you never know what would happen.

On a separate note, I really do not understand why the J1s are mugging so hard. Come on, take your time to adapt into the JC system and do your tutorials slowly. Some of the J1s are complaining that JC life is tough. Well, I have to agree with that because when I first came in, I could not cope as well. It takes time because you start to blend in into the JC culture. And PW have not started yet. Wait till you become a J2 and you will fully understand what stress is. Point is, J1s take a chill pill and take things slowly :D

Oh. We had a NUS admission talk just now and gosh, the fee for getting into a Science course is about $6.3k and Medicine is a shocking $18k. I guess I should start working doubly triply hard now and get a scholarship so I do not have to burden my parents because I know they are facing enough problems already and I do not want to add to their burden. So studying hard and getting a scholarship to pay for my fees would be something I can do.

And I ♥ Biology more and more.

Honestly, I have lost count of how many drafts I had to make before I finally decided to post this. School has been tough, as usual. Most probably, the J2-stress has begin to set in and I am very much sure it is going to intensify sooner of later. Plus with the seemingly endless things that I need to do, there is not much time left for me to destress myself. Yes you may be laughing but sadly, it is true. There is Temasek Nite, Mardi Gras plus MCT, JCT, Prelims and the A levels for me to go through.

Forget it about it; I refuse to succumb myself to any unnecessary stress especially at 10PM on a Sunday night. Anyway, yesterday there was some H2 Malay Language and Literature workshop and it was a blast :) Everybody was awesome ♥ MCS awesome or not?! Everybody was drained after the whole thing though we did slack at CR111 before we were dismissed. Oh, we played 'Jangat Sebut' which is Taboo in Malay :D

My contacts were ready today and man, I had a time trying to remove it. =="

Damn. There's Road Run tomorrow and I so do not want to run. Running would be like the last thing I would ever do I swear. But since it is compulsory (which I seriously do not know why), I have to drag my legs to school no matter how much I refuse to. Plus, there is the CNY bazaar and obviously I cannot absent myself since I have already paid $5 for the coupons. I came home at about 9.30PM just now and I happily thought that tomorrow was a Saturday. Then reality struck me and I realised I have to run tomorrow. I made a vow that Saturday would be a sleeping day for me. Like the only time I will wake up is to pray and eat.

MCS Orientation was just now and though I doubt anyone would be reading this but THANK YOU TO ALL WHO MADE THE EFFORT TO COME DOWN :DDD From the looks of it, I can see that the current J1 batch is quite enthusiastic and of course, that looks promising. We had dinner at Simpang and though the turnout was small, it was quite fun I guess. WE SHALL HAVE ANOTHER MCS DINNER SOON. This time round, everyone should be present so we can flood the tables and deprive others from eating there. Muahahaha.

And oh, I love my GP essay so much. Not because I got high marks but because of my lovely handwriting. Though my essay was spammed by Miss T's comments, I still love it. In fact, I love every single one of my essays that I wrote :DD

Good night people :D

Clearly, I have forgotten it has been a year since my blog existed and I didn't expect to be able to stay this long. Initially, I wanted a blog because my fellow peers had one and I thought it was darn cool. Well, that was in Secondary 2 and that was only when I had my first blog. But apparently, something really unpleasant happened and I had to delete that blog away. It wasn't until last year that I decided to somewhat create another one. So then, happy 1st birthday my beloved blog :D

Thank god for Go Green Day because we get to report to school at 9.50AM tomorrow. Oh? You are jealous already? C'mon, didn't anyone tell you that TJC is an awesome school? Lucky us TJCians eh :D And we get to skip Mathematics lecture and tutorial :D Finally, that is one day without hearing one minus 'lam-cha' So essentially, tomorrow is just Biology lecture, Chemistry practical, GP and Chemistry make-up practical. Plus tomorrow I would be the first one to kick of the GP presentation which I rushed through yesterday and today. I managed to complete the presentation, but somehow it looked more like an Economics presentation rather than a GP one. But heck, I am just going to present anyway.

I bought a new thumbdrive for electone because my previous one was going to die soon. So I figured I would just transfer all the files into the new before it dies. And thanks to that, I took almost 20 minutes ==" Because if the thumbdrive dies, all my money would just disappear into thin air. Go figure how much I spend buying the songs in the thumbdrive.

Sometimes, I really wish for a STAGEA ELS-01 because it is freaking awesome. Sound and aesthetic wise.

:D

This week was one busy and hectic week ever. I am physicall drained already and as of now, no amount of sleep could compensate the sleep that I had lost through the entire week. Station master duty was awesome which I am sure most of the OGMs would agree. Games day was fun because we get to splash water on the OGMs and thank god we didn't have water games for our orientation. Chronorace was alright I guess, since half of the time we were sitting aimlessly while waiting for the OGs to come. But the wait was really worthwhile seeing the OGs cheer and play the games so enthusiastically. Speaking of which, thank you OG 7 for helping us buy lunch although they had to do it for something in return. Too bad we were not OGLs so we were not excused for most of the lessons.

Yesterday I had Biology post-mortem with Miss H and I have to apologise to her for being so foolish. Tell me which Biology student cannot differentiate between NADP+ and NADPH. And I totally forgotten the light reaction that I gave such stupid answers. So this simply tells me that I should start revising my Photosynthesis and Respiration which I think I have forgotten most of them. Seriously, I have forgotten the entire Krebs' cycle and what I can remember now is that Glycolysis takes place in the cytosol. And I am not even sure whether that is correct.

Plus, Mendelian Genetics II is being such a bitch with the linked loci or whatever not. C'mon, we got just one side of an A4 paper and the old fogeys expect us to draw them 4 genetic diagrams. And 10 marks isn't worth the diagrams that we drew. I had to squeeze my Punnett square together so much so that I got confused over the genotypes and had to erase and erase again and again. And guess how much paper I wasted just for that. I am hoping the upcoming topics would not be like that.

Ionic Equilibrium is coming up next for Chemistry and I can't wait to see how evil Le Chatelier is. Because I heard that many people hated him. Chemical Kinetics is rather confusing so I have to do something about it.

Sometimes I really thank God for not letting me take up H3 Chemistry.

Ciao people ♥

I feel kind of sad that station master duty is over. Though we had to wait aimlessly under the hot sun for the OGs to arrive at our station, I guess after seeing the OGMs and OGLs getting so hyped up, cheering and playing enthusiastically, the wait was worthwhile. Group 18 was stationed at Sunplaza Park and although it was one of the nearer locations from school, the place was really uncomfortable. There were ants everywhere, the sun was shining directly from above us and weird stuff keeps dropping from the trees. There was once some weird looking insect fell onto my shorts. Anyway, I doubt anyone would be saying this but thank you OG 7b for helping us buy our lunch :D Man, it feels so bad to make them run all the way there right after their lunch. But it can't helped since we were told to leave our area at 1PM.

Normal lessons resumed today and I was extremely tired to pay close attention. During Biology tutorial, I was rather okay but when Mathematics tutorial came, my brain almost shut off. PDP exhibition today and was okay luh. Oh, shockingly, I'm in dance and I guess it's quite fun. Laugh all you want, but you have to be part of it to experience it ;D

I'm really, really tired today and I am going to bed soon. Yes people, I know it's rather early for a 17-going-to-18 teenager to be sleeping at 10+ but there is Biology lecture tomorrow and I wouldn't want to be shutting down because Application syllabus is damn cool ;D Though there is double GP and group PE tomorrow. Sheesh.

Good night world ♥

TODAY WAS FANTABULOUSLY AWESOME. Despite the scorching sun which heated up tracks and the synthetic grasses, everyone was rather high and I thought we did a great job. Well, not just at the wet games but the dry games as well. The only minus point was we were barefooted for the whole 4 hours and initially, the head was not as bad as it became 2 hours later. But we had fun splashing water at the OGMs and I suppose they had an awesome time with all those sliding, 'swimming' etc in the supposedly soapy water. Why did I say supposedly? Well, at the start, the water was REALLY soapy but during the second round (between Xaedon and Xeyla), the soapy water 'disappeared' and what was left was just tap water and those black stuff.

And a result of standing under the sun for 4 hours without proper protection, I have gone darker and that means I need my whitening cream soon. Nah, I was just joking. I'm sorry for the really short post. But I am terribly tired and my legs are aching real bad. Tomorrow is going to be another awesome day ;D

Good job guys for today and good luck for tomorrow (Go Xaedon :D)
