My last post was nearly 2 months ago and so far I'm proud of myself for being able to stick to my goal of not blogging until Prelims. With the exception of today, of course. Anyway, it will take seriously A LOT of time if I were to rant about what had happened in these 2 months. So, I guess I shall skip that part. My life is rather 'interesting' because it pretty much revolves around school and that's it. Obviously, there's nothing interesting about going to school since it's just about going to class, tutorials, lectures, lunch, lectures, tutorials and make-up classes. And especially being in JC2, I have definitely no more life with A levels coming in less than 2 months. Other than that, I turned 18, am finally taking my driver's license and is completing school in 2 months. How awesome is that.
Prelims is ongoing and is going to end soon. I'm left with Mathematics paper 2, Chemistry and Biology paper 1. How did I do? I really don't know. I'm not sure whether to say I screwed up some of the papers or that this could very well be one of the best examinations that I sat so far in my 2 years in TJ. Nevermind, the results shall show it all. So JC1s, don't be overly stressed with Promos alright. I know some of you are aiming for good grades for H3 and everything else, but always remember that you will definitely have a roller-coaster ride of your entire life next year.
Though I may not show it, I badly want to get good grades. Fine, who doesn't? But I'm aiming for a place in NUS which is going to be really tough. Especially when you need AAA/B to surely get a place in FoS. In case you guys didn't know, I'm intending to do either Chemistry or Life Science. But let's just wait till next year before I shall say anything.
On a separate note, I may be 3 days late but
Anyway, that's not the main point. Nick's suffering from diabetes and he didn't let that stop him for doing the things he like doing most. And he's 18, which is the same as me. But really, from what I see and hear, he's definitely more mature in his thinking than any typical 18 year-old. He's working with this company to support juvenile diabetes and he composed a song about his diabetes and hopes that this song will help those suffering from diabetes through their ups and downs.
I'm really, really inspired by him. Even though all of us are perfectly normal, we give up halfway and refuse to press on even at the slightest hardship. We take the things that we have around us for granted, thinking that they would always be there for us. We do not realise that there are people around us lacking things that we have. And for that, we should be ashamed of ourselves.
30 years down the road, I would vote him for the President if I could. That is, if I migrate to America and live there. So people, after reading this, take some time to reflect on what we have done all this while and change for the better.
So I've wrote an essay and I shall stop. I refuse to look at the many grammatical errors that I've made. I guess this post will make up for the posts that I missed for the past 2 months.

HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY NICK JONAS.
Okay, it's definitely kinda weird to wish someone who won't come and read my blog. Anyway, the sole purpose of wanting to dedicate a post on him is because he has definitely changed the way how I look at things. Initially, I wasn't really into the Jonas Brothers and I only sort of heard one or two of their songs. But then, I saw the advertisement for Camp Rock 2 on Disney Channel and I told myself to watch since it looks interesting (I know I have no life, but I was taking a break from studying). So, I went to YouTube to watch it. And you know there's this column where they show related videos. So I went to click one of the links which brought me to Nick J's single 'Who I Am' from his album. I heard it, and I fell in love with that song immediately. Then I went on to hear his other songs and really, they speak a million words. Plus, almost all the songs related to our everyday lives.
